Management 2011
Following the successes of 2010, incoming Chairperson Paula Dagg has indicated her intention to consolidate the advances made and to continue to look to further improve the service which the club provides to the Leixlip community. She has identified the following priorities for 2011:
- to further develop the club's membership policy so that it best serves its community objectives
- to provide a professional support structure for the club's preparations for the World Championships 2012
- to consolidate the club's Operating Principles as the basis for all club activity into the future
- to continue the enhancement of the club's profile within the Leixlip community
- to actively encourage and develop the already high levels of parental involvement in club affairs.
